Services and Appointments

• Appointments must be scheduled through our booking system or by contacting us directly
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual
• Treatment plans are personalised based on individual skin assessment
• Some treatments may require multiple sessions for optimal results
• Clients must disclose relevant medical information and allergies before treatment

Client Responsibilities

As a client of handcugdma, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your health and medical history
• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Follow pre and post-treatment care instructions
• Inform us of any adverse reactions or concerns promptly
• Respect our staff and other clients
• Pay for services according to our payment terms
• Cancel appointments with at least 24 hours notice

Payment Terms and Cancellation

Payment for services is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers. Package deals and payment plans may be available for certain treatments.

Cancellation Policy:

• Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee
• No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee
• Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis
